ACUAMAYA SHRIMP PROCESSING PLANT AND CENTRAL OFFICES - GUATEMALA CITY

Acuamaya’s beautiful and delicious shrimp from its certified production farms are complemented with the support of a modern processing plant.  An efficient, state of the art processing, packing and freezing plant with a capacity of 120,000 pounds (55,000kg) per day, which is conveniently located in Guatemala City. 

The plant, with a top team of collaborators can manage a variety of processing/freezing options (plate, brine and IQF) and added value requirements. 

 

Moreover, it meets all of the standards and certifications required to export to the most demanding markets, including MSC CoC, HACCP and European Market Certifications.
